We had 474 head this week at Valley Stockyard in Moulton, Alabama!
The crossbred herd of cows sold exceptionally well! They were young and had really good quality calves by their side. Breds brought up to $4400 and pairs up to $6400.
There was good demand on all replacement cattle that were in the barn.
Our weigh cows sold outstanding as well, with high-dressing cows bringing up to $2.12 per pound!
Feeder cattle were steady across the board. We had a lot of good-quality cattle, including several groups of very nice calves straight off the cow.
