We had 543 head at Valley Stockyard in Moulton AL on Wednesday April 1st, 2026.
The feeder market was mostly stronger, with some classes $5- 10/ cwt higher. Our buyers were very active! We had 570 lb steers up to $4.75/ lb (2700/ head) and light 5 weight BULLS up to $4.85/ lb.
The load of steers were based at 780 lbs and brought $3.685/ lb.
